Property Manager $3,500/month + Living Quarters

We're looking for an experienced and dependable Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality property. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel, motel, lodge, or hospitality management and is committed to providing an excellent guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do Guest Services:

Welcome guests and oversee check-ins and check-outs Ensure guests have a positive experience throughout their stay Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests promptly Coordinate room turns and ensure rooms are clean and ready for incoming guests

Property Operations:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the property Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors as needed Monitor property conditions and address operational issues proactively

Team Leadership:

Supervise staff and help ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently Assist with scheduling and operational coverage Foster a professional, guest-focused work environment

Administrative Responsibilities:

Manage reservations and booking systems Process guest payments and maintain accurate records Track occupancy, prepare reports, and communicate operational needs Assist with budgeting and general property oversight

What We're Looking For:

Experience managing a hotel, motel, lodge, inn, or similar hospitality property Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills Experience supervising staff and managing daily operations Familiarity with reservation systems and property management software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively Willingness to live on-site and be available for operational needs Why Join Us?
