In this role, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, manage leasing processes, and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients. Your proactive approach will ensure properties are well-maintained, lease agreements are optimized, and customer satisfaction remains high. This is an exciting opportunity to lead with enthusiasm, manage diverse responsibilities, and contribute to a thriving property management environment. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications to maximize occupancy rates. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with legal standards such as Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations. Utilize property management tools to maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping for all tenant and property information. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are safe, clean, and in excellent condition. Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in-person interactions; address inquiries promptly and resolve conflicts effectively. Lead a team of leasing agents or administrative staff by providing guidance on customer service standards, conflict management, and operational procedures. Qualifications Proven experience with property management, familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus. Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, and LIHTC compliance. Previous experience in real estate administrative roles or property management companies demonstrating excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and correspondence. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate lease terms and upsell additional services or amenities. Effective conflict management abilities to handle tenant disputes or contractual issues professionally. Office experience combined with strong phone etiquette; ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
