May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community located in Clarksville, TN at Arrowhead Farms. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, fully occupied, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with our residents to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their needs are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the property's budget and financial performance, as well as supervising a team of leasing and maintenance professionals.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in affordable housing property management Strong knowledge of Yardi Systems and lease administration Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the property's operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations Ensure the property is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair housing laws Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents Prepare and manage the property's budget, including rent collection and expense control Supervise a team of leasing and maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
