May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

This energetic professional will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, staff, and vendors, ensuring exceptional property management and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate administration, property leasing, and facilities management, with the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will foster a positive living environment while maximizing property performance and resident satisfaction. Unlimited bonus potential with competitve base pay Company SUV provided Responsibilities Oversee leasing activities, including lease or rental agreement management, tenant screening, and move-in/move-out processes using property management tools such as Appfolio. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC guidelines, Section 8 programs, and other legal requirements related to property management. Manage property maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained and safe. Handle client communication with residents and prospects through excellent phone etiquette, conflict management, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence. Address legal administrative issues related to landlord-tenant law, contracts, and lease enforcement with transparency and professionalism. Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in property management companies' operations. Strong knowledge of property management software such as Appfolio and equivalent tools. Demonstrated understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC compliance, Section 8 housing programs, and facilities management practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing systems, and administrative documentation. Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency) to serve diverse resident populations effectively. Office experience combined with customer relationship management skills to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Licensed Affiliate Broker in the state of Tennessee.
