Job Description
A community manager is being hired to manage a 62-unit low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) property in Waverly, TN. The property is under construction with a Spring 2027 completion date. The position will be housed in the Franklin, TN office until construction is complete. A manager's apartment will be available upon construction completion in Waverly. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience including a thorough understanding of compliance. Lease-up experience is a plus. Familiarity with other affordable programs such as Section 8 is desired. This position reports to the Franklin Housing Authority (FHA) in Franklin. FHA has a very generous benefits package including 100% employer paid health, dental and vision for the employee. Family coverage is also available at a reasonable cost. Thirteen paid holidays, personal and sick time and additional merit based year end pay when funding allows. Office hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30 am - 11:30 am on Friday.
