Milosi is looking for a Property Care Manager The Property Care Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships between internal teams and external clients while driving overall business growth. This role supports business development efforts, nurtures long-term client partnerships, and contributes to achieving sales and revenue targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Unreasonable Hospitality - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies to create

. Be an Ideal Team Player - Working with all internal departments to ensure that all services are executed according to contract specifications, on budget, and according to schedule. Execute sales hand-off process to set our clients and our team up for success. This process includes but is not limited to all the pertinent details the operations team needs to know to set them up for success. This may also include a 30-, 60-, or 90-day plan, a 3-year plan, or a 3-year success roadmap that would outline commitments and ideas to improve the property's overall safety and curb appeal. Continuously add value by guiding our clients through the contract renewal process, drafting reports, and providing progress analysis Become an expert by monitoring and providing support on the implementation of service agreements. Working proactively with our established customer base to ensure retention of the current relationship and contract(s). Be the BEST at communication! No Surprises! Resolving customer inquiries regarding services. Make sure our clients feel heard and special. We Listen Because We Care Performing other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned. Work within our technology stack proficiently to increase efficiency. Carry out and execute various projects on a quarterly basis that will help the company grow and improve. Continuously working to better yourself, those around you, and the company.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in residential landscape design, installation, and/or account management preferred. Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Valid drivers license with the ability to travel to client sites as required. Professional Growth & Advancement Opportunities Salary:
$65-85K with commission and bonuses
Working Conditions:
The Residential Landscape Account Managers environment will be visiting client properties, attending meetings, and overseeing project installations. This position requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules and project deadlines. Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions may be necessary.
