Responsibilities:

Residential Services Supervisor

• Cadence Cool Springs Apartment Homes (a premier class A 252-unit garden-style community located in the Cool Springs neighborhood)

As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for: Responds to residential complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Follows up with residents on maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours Maintains a professional, friendly atmosphere in the office and public access areas. Completes, coordinates, and tracks progress of all work order requests. Greets current and potential residents and assist with questions or refer to the appropriate staff member. Follows up on service requests to ensure satisfaction. May provide clerical support such as maintaining filing system, entering data into MRI system, ordering office supplies and refreshments. Calls move-ins shortly after the move in for an introduction and to ensure residents' satisfaction. May take and processes all pest control requests, and communicates pest control spraying to residents. May pull and log keys for pest control servicemen. Shares ideas for improving resident satisfaction with the Community Manager. Ensures guest suite is ready for visitors. Responsible for booking guest suites. Oversees monthly reporting for Ops meeting. Reviews lease renewals. Follows-up with Resident Services Reps and meets with Community Manager weekly to discuss outstanding items. Responsible for entire renewal process and generates monthly status reports for Community Manager. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you can get along with co-workers, residents, customers, vendors, and management.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience customer service experience (real estate, retail, hotel/hospitality, etc.) Previous leasing experience is a plus but not a requirement Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

62 per hour This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
