Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to lead and support a portfolio of residential communities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing multiple properties and leading on-site teams. We're Looking for someone who has previously worked as a Property Manager and Regional Manager roles, understands the leasing process firsthand, and can successfully guide others to meet leasing, collections, and operational goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, onboard, train, and continuously develop high-performing property teams. This is not a remote role — regular travel to properties is required to support staff, conduct inspections, and ensure site-level accountability and physical plant quality control.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring adherence to company standards. Supervise, coach, and support on-site property management and leasing teams. Assist properties in achieving leasing and occupancy goals through effective marketing and performance management. Drive rent collections and ensure timely follow-up on delinquencies in coordination with on-site teams. Identify and implement strategies to improve tenant retention, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Monitor and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and work orders. Conduct regular site visits and property audits to evaluate curb appeal, compliance, and staff performance. Handle escalated tenant concerns and support teams in conflict resolution. Analyze property performance data and develop improvement plans where necessary. Lead the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of property-level staff to ensure team members are well-equipped to meet performance standards. Promote a culture of accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement. Manage property level and online reputationRequirements:
Prior Regional Manager or Multi-Site Property Manager experience. Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage teams across multiple locations and disciplines. Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements. Experience with property management software(i,e, Appfolio) and maintenance tracking tools. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Travel 75% of the time A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
