Job Description

We are seeking an experienced community manager to oversee our charming LIHTC apartment complex just minutes from Providence Marketplace in Mt. Juliet. Residents enjoy the sparkling pool and large, spacious apartments. The long-term ownership group is dedicated to continuously improving the community, and we are looking for a motivated manager to help achieve this goal.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management Strong leadership, management and communication skills Proficiency in property management software Excellent understanding of leasing, marketing and financial analysis Tax credit or affordable housing experience $65,000 base salary plus bonuses, depending on experience. Hurd Real Estate Associates, LLC is a family-owned management company based in Nashville, Tennessee.
