Job Description
On-Site Property Manager Sanctum Storage Sanctum Storage is seeking a sales-driven, tech-savvy On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our self-storage facility. This is a live-on-site position and includes a private apartment (single-occupancy only) as part of the compensation package. What You'll Do Leasing & Sales (Primary Focus) Respond to phone, online, and walk-in inquiries Conduct unit tours and close new leases Follow up on leads to drive occupancy Upsell appropriate unit sizes and add-on products Help achieve monthly revenue and occupancy goals Technology & Administration Operate property management software daily Process leases, payments, and reports Maintain accurate tenant records Manage delinquency communication Facility Oversight Perform daily property walks Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal Handle minor repairs (locks, lights, basic maintenance) Coordinate vendors as needed What We're Looking For Strong sales and closing skills Comfortable using technology and property management systems Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Handy with basic repairs and tools Professional and customer-focused Experience in self-storage, leasing, retail sales, or property management preferred.
