Competitive Salary + $15,000 Property Sale Bonus Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Temporary Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a manufactured housing community while preparing the property for a successful sale. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving operations, increasing curb appeal, and maximizing asset value. The ideal candidate will maintain stable community operations, ensure resident satisfaction, oversee property improvements, and work closely with ownership throughout the sales process. Upon the successful closing and sale of the property, the selected candidate will receive a $15,000 completion bonus , in addition to their regular salary and benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage all daily operations of the community, including resident relations and office administration. Maintain high occupancy levels through resident retention and effective management practices. Coordinate and oversee maintenance staff and third-party contractors. Ensure the property is clean, attractive, and well-maintained to maximize marketability. Monitor rent collections, delinquency management, and financial reporting. Assist ownership with due diligence requests and property documentation during the sales process. Identify and execute operational improvements that increase the property's value. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and fair housing laws. Conduct regular property inspections and address issues promptly. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and prospective buyers during scheduled tours. Qualifications Previous experience in property management, preferably in manufactured housing or multifamily communities. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience managing maintenance operations and capital improvement projects. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience preparing assets for acquisition or disposition. Knowledge of manufactured housing community operations. Familiarity with budgeting, collections, and financial reporting. What We Offer Competitive salary. $15,000 bonus upon the successful sale and closing of the property.
