Job Description

Property Manager - Apartment Community | Amarillo, TX We are seeking an experienced, motivated Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our apartment community in Amarillo, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on property management professional who enjoys leasing, marketing, resident relations, team leadership, and keeping a property operating at its best. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community Lead leasing efforts and develop creative strategies to maintain strong occupancy Manage property marketing, advertising, and lead generation Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents Supervise and coordinate Maintenance staff Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure quality, timely completion of work, and competitive pricing Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and improvements Maintain accurate records and stay organized with property management software Monitor budgets, expenses, collections, and overall property performance Address resident concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard and consistently presents well What We're Looking For Previous apartment/property management experience preferred Proven leasing and sales ability Experience with property marketing and advertising Experience using property management software Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate multiple vendors and contractors Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented approach Ability to work independently while taking ownership of the property's performance
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$3,750.00 - $4,500.00 per month
