Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to join our property management team in Austin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex (and neighboring complexes), ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our residents. The Apartment Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing process, coordinating maintenance and improvement projects, and the use of property management software.   • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of the apartment complex
  • Coordinate and manage the leasing process, including showings, tours, and advertising
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including coordinating with vendors and contractors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including tenant files, maintenance logs, and property records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to concerns and addressing any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and improve overall resident satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience with Property Management Software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with property leasing and maintenance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and repair procedures is preferred.
