This position will include some travel from site to site but will also include the daily tasks of a property management office that specializes in LIHTC file compliance processing, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and greeting incoming guests
- File, lease, and re-certification processing under LIHTC program guidelines
- Rent collection and monitoring
- Maintaining tenant files
- Processing vendor invoices
- Data entry and analysis
- Property inspections
- Maintenance oversight and issue resolution Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills
- Clear criminal background
- Reliable transportation and clear driving history
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (AppFolio experience a plus)
- Self-Motivated, organized, and attentive to details
- Strong time management skills and deadline recognition
- Property Management experience, specifically with the LIHTC program, is a preferred.
