Job Description
Landart America is a reputable company that was established in 2011. Landart America has a great reputation for completing projects on time and on budget. We provide irrigation, landscaping, and maintenance services to the production home market. We also have completed many entries, parks, and amenity centers in newly developed communities. The Residential Area Manager will be responsible for working with our residential team with all field construction functions relating to residential builds which include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with the Residential Team and other Area Managers to complete projects according to installation schedule(s)
- Direct communications with Clients on field operations
- Verify completion and quality of irrigation and landscape installations within the assigned area
- Completion of backflows and reports within assigned area(s) Skills required:
- Team player
- Great communicator - verbal and written.
- Complete knowledge of landscape and irrigation plans
- Broad knowledge of industry standards for residential landscaping and irrigation
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment- trenchers, power rolls
Experience:
Irrigator's License and Backflow Tester's license preferred or two years documented irrigation experience required.Education/Licenses:
- High School (required)
- Irrigation License/Tech License (required)
- Backflow Preventor License (required)
