Your role as Property Manager is critical to ALs success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager. Your Day to Day at American Landmark as a
Property Manager:
Directly supervise office staffDaily physical inspections of the property Responsible for the propertys leasingThorough knowledge of company leasing techniques and sales methods Full knowledge of property rental informationOperating the propertys budget within the companys financial guidelinesResponsible for the interviewing, screening, and hiring of staffPrioritizing all resident requests with an efficient and courteous responseResponsible for generating various company required reportsCollaborative design and implementation of a resident retention program, i.e., a newsletter, resident referral program or social activitiesResponsible for securing at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the propertyQualifying Accomplishments of a
Property Manager:
The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended for this position.

Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry as a Property ManagerKnowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is requiredCollege degree helpful but not requiredStrong customer service experience requiredBi-lingual helps
