Position Summary We're seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations at a Class A / luxury multifamily property in Lewisville, TX. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, proven experience in upscale property management, and a passion for creating a best-in-class living environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance. Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site team members to achieve occupancy and retention goals. Develop and implement strategic marketing and resident engagement initiatives. Prepare and manage operating budgets, control expenses, and drive NOI performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety standards. Maintain the highest standards of property appearance and resident satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager at a Class A or luxury multifamily property. Proven track record of achieving operational, financial, and customer service goals. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar). High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
