Residential Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our residential care community. Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of personalized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's, memory care. Supervise and support caregiving staff. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet residents' needs efficiently. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including medication administration protocols and infection control procedures, policy. Monitor resident satisfaction and address concerns promptly to maintain a welcoming environment. Oversee budgeting for there groceries and supplies Oversee the group homes and seeing if the homes needing anything do groceries, and supplies for all group homes. Collaborate with Program Manager, healthcare professionals, social workers, families, to coordinate comprehensive care services. Skills Extensive experience in group homes . Proven leadership and supervisory skills in managing caregiving teams and operational staff. Strong understanding of Alzheimer's care, and clients with special needs disability, developing effective care plans. Knowledge of medication administration procedures and healthcare regulations related to facilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, staffing employess, scheduling, and compliance documentation. Compassionate approach combined with strong communication skills for working with residents with developmental disabilities or requiring specialized memory care. Background in social work or related fields is preferred for holistic resident support.
