As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community and ensuring a positive living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance requests
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to leasing agreements, resident information, and maintenance requests
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the community
Skills:
  • 2 years of Lease-up leadership exerperience preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data entry, file management, and office software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
  • Experience in facilities management is preferred
