Assistant to Property Manager Tropicana Properties II LLC El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time Up to $18 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer service Property supervision Regulatory compliance Property maintenance Facility maintenance management Property leases Facilities maintenance customer service Social service program compliance monitoring Ordering supplies Property management Entry level Tenants Full Job Description The Assistant to Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager at the property to which they are assigned to and is accountable to the On-Site Property Manager for all day to day property operations.
Rate of Pay:
Up to $18.00 per Hour In addition, Assistant to property managers are trained in other areas, in order to fully support the Property Manager such as: Compliance - There are three components to compliance: Income qualifying, compliance with the physical standards of the property, and social service aspect for each property. Supportive Services - Along with the compliance aspect of ensuring the family moving in is considered low income by TDHCA's definition Tropicana Properties also must provide several supportive on-site services as defined in the properties Land Use Restrictive Agreement or LURA. Administrative Requirements - Duties of an on-site property manager include the ordering of supplies, parts, and the submittal of any vacancies, move outs, and timesheets of the maintenance assigned to the property. Leasing - This single most important aspect of any property management is leasing. You will be supporting their role by providing great customer service and by keeping the appearance of the property like new. Therefore, repairs to the exterior are important as well as holding the tenants responsible for their mess. On-sites will also be asked to assist the leasing agents in gathering documentation to assist in qualifying these potential tenants. You will be assisting the leasing team by keeping up with your vacancies, make readies, and renewals in a timely manner.
