Position SummaryThe Program Manager oversees staff hiring, training, and oversight for ICF, HCS, and Private Pay programs. The primary goal is to ensure staff are equipped to provide a high quality of care and an excellent quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Development & Leadership:
Oversees the full employee lifecycleincluding recruitment, onboarding, and professional developmentwhile fostering staff excellence through consistent mentorship, training, and clear guidance.Operations:
Coordinates staff training, schedules WDSP coverage, and manages the weekend activities schedule.Advocacy:
Serves as a liaison and advocate between staff, families, and the Ranch.Operational Continuity:
Maintains a hands-on presence by providing direct care and program support within the residences as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery during staffing gaps.Compliance:
Ensures all paperwork is completed correctly and timely while collaborating with auditors during annual reviews.Typical Work ScheduleWednesday Friday:
7:00am 9:00am and 5:00pm 10:00pm.Saturday Sunday:
9:00am 5:00pm.Note:
Schedule and hours will be adjusted according to the needs of the Ranch.RequirementsEducation:
Bachelors degree in human services from an accredited college or university.Experience:
History of supporting individuals with IDD or other vulnerable populations.Technical Skills:
Proficiency with business software (including EMRs) and knowledge of basic budgeting/accounting principles.Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, delegation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.Compliance:
