Part-Time Property Site Representative - Fort Worth Apartments Kutir Corporation Fort Worth, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract $75 a day 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Photography Inspection reporting and documentation Property leasing Assistant manager experience Property maintenance Attention to detail Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented property site representative to visit a Fort Worth apartment community a few times per week and provide an independent review of the property's condition, curb appeal, unit readiness, resident concerns, office operations, and overall property appearance. This is a part-time, in-person role ideal for someone with prior apartment, leasing, assistant manager, property management, maintenance, make-ready, or C-class property experience. The purpose of this role is to provide consistent "eyes on the property," identify issues early, confirm progress on make-ready and damaged units, and help ensure the property is being maintained properly. Responsibilities Visit the property 2 to 4 times per week , Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Walk the exterior of the property and review curb appeal Inspect common areas, laundry room, grounds, parking areas, and exterior conditions Review make-ready units, made-ready units, vacant units, and damaged units when accessible Take clear photos of property conditions, concerns, and completed items Speak with the office team for updates on leasing, resident issues, maintenance, and make-ready status Identify high-priority items that need follow-up Send a written email report after each visit with photos attached Provide honest, independent observations and recommendations Qualifications Prior apartment/property management experience preferred C-class property experience is a plus Leasing, assistant manager, maintenance, make-ready, or inspection experience is helpful Must be reliable, observant, and detail-oriented Must be comfortable walking the property and taking photos Must be able to provide clear written updates by email Must have reliable transportation to the Fort Worth property Must be available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday Schedule This is a part-time, flexible role requiring property visits a few times per week , generally 2 to 4 times per week , depending on property needs. Visits must be completed Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM . Compensation Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
