Property ManagerLocation:

Fort Worth, TX We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Tax Credit community. The ideal candidate must have prior property management experience and strong knowledge of affordable housing and tax credit compliance.

Requirements:

Previous Property Manager experience required Tax Credit/Affordable Housing experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage leasing, collections, resident relations, and daily operations Professional communication skills Team-oriented and dependable
