Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent customer service Handle all aspects of rent collection, lease enforcement, and resident communication Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, painting, and capital projects Ensure full compliance with state and local housing codes and safety standards Address and resolve tenant issues, complaints, and non-payment situations Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal Oversee move-in/move-out inspections and manage unit turns Lead leasing efforts by showing units, screening tenants, and maximizing occupancy Manage and develop on-site staff, including maintenance teams and leasing agents Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor coordination Maintain organized records and documentation for all property operations Manage Contractors Do final walks with make-ready Why Work With Us? $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have managing one multifamily property as the primary, on-site Property Manager? Are you bilingual in English and Spanish? (Required) Describe your experience overseeing renovations or value-add projects (unit turns, rehabs, capital improvements). Have you directly managed maintenance staff and outside contractors? Please explain. How do you stay highly organized with leasing files, inspections, vendors, and compliance documentation? What systems or tools have you used for property management (software, spreadsheets, checklists, etc.)?
