Choate USA is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Residential Account Manager to join our growing Austin, TX team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued residential clients, building trusted relationships while managing day-to-day account communications and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to earn performance-based commissions beginning after your first year. Responsibilities Client relationship management Issue resolution and account optimization PO tracking, permitting and assisting with designs Performance tracking and accurate documentation
Cross-functional Collaboration Qualifications & Skills :
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard office software and CRM Software.
Requirements :
Proven Experience in account management, customer service or related roles Industry related experience
Base Salary:
$45,000.00 to $60,000.00
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
