The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and experienced in managing day-to-day property operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and leading leasing and maintenance coordination while driving occupancy and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure smooth community management Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff as needed Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and retention Handle lease renewals, resident concerns, and escalated issues professionally Monitor occupancy, rent collections, and property performance goals Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations Assist with budgeting and reporting as required
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish required) 5-10 years of property management experience required Must be strong, confident, and able to lead property operations effectively Proven experience in leasing, resident relations, and full property operations oversight Experience using OneSite property management software required Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and professionalism
