The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of facilities management, and a customer-centric approach to ensure tenant satisfaction. This role requires effective communication, negotiation abilities, and a proactive attitude towards property maintenance and management. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to property management. Coordinate with maintenance and contractors to address repair requests and ensure properties are well-maintained. Utilize property management software such as Rent Manager for tracking leases and payments Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and files related to property management activities. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications. Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices. Familiarity with legal aspects of property management is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve tenant disputes. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with property maintenance processes is advantageous.
