Lead a High-Performing Apartment Community Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead The Winsted at Valley Ranch , a 440-unit apartment community in Irving, Texas. We're looking for a strong multifamily leader who knows how to develop a high-performing team, drive occupancy and financial results, maintain exceptional property standards, and create a positive experience for residents. As Community Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall performance of the community and the people who operate it. You'll partner with regional leadership while taking ownership of day-to-day operations, team performance, leasing, financial results, resident satisfaction, and the overall appearance of the property.
