Commercial Leasing Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to oversee leasing activities for retail shopping centers in the Katy area. The ideal candidate will have strong leasing, sales, and relationship-building skills with the ability to attract and retain quality tenants. This position is responsible for marketing available spaces, responding to leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants. Responsibilities Market and lease retail shopping center space Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective tenants Conduct property tours and present available spaces to prospects Prepare leasing proposals, letters of intent, and tenant correspondence Assist with lease negotiations and renewals Maintain relationships with current tenants, brokers, and prospective tenants Coordinate marketing efforts for vacant spaces Track leasing activity, prospects, and occupancy reports Work closely with property management and ownership teams Maintain accurate leasing files and records Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of commercial leasing experience preferred Experience leasing retail shopping center properties Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects and projects Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organizational and follow-up skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year anniversary and 6 days PTO per year. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
