Minimum 30 office hours each week, weekend & evening availability for showings (set your own showing schedules to accommodate prospective residents), and "on call" phone response duties outside of office hours. Requires real estate or property management experience, proficient skills in Microsoft Office, computer proficiency to learn management software and social media engagement fluency, excellent social, communication, and negotiation skills with an emphasis in customer service skills. Employee will be responsible for effectively communicating with current residents, maintenance and coordinating with property owner. Market, schedule, conduct tours and secure tenants for available properties. Coordinate move in/move outs as well as conduct inspections for lease compliance. Be responsible for office administrative and clerical duties. Responsibility and reliability will be key traits for any candidate. References required and training available.
