Job Description

A multifamily property management company is looking for a strong candidate to lead an apartment complex in Lockhart, TX. A successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and will thrive in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in Yardi and solid experience in affordable housing programs required.
Duties:
Maintain day to day operations at a multifamily housing complex. Facilitate financial growth on behalf of the asset and interface with ownership to reach goals. Provide excellent customer service to all tenants and prospects. Maintain records and actively report on rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc. Prepare annual budgets and income projections. Ensure that all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited. Handle the eviction process in accordance with company policies and applicable housing guidelines. Process invoices and liaise with accounts payable personnel. Plan and execute community activities when applicable. Train, coach, and supervise site team including office personnel and maintenance employees. Maintain relationships with third party contractors and arrange services when required. Strive to hit occupancy goals through marketing and a strong drive to close leases. Oversee the move-in process. Oversee resident relations and resolve tenant disputes quickly and with courtesy. Coordinate with in house maintenance personnel to ensure the property interior and exterior conditions meet company standards. Regularly walk and inspect the property, including grounds and vacant units. Possess a positive attitude and maintain a courteous demeanor at all times. Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimun of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in LIHTC multifamily housing, Required Yardi proficiency, Required Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus Strong leadership and team building skills
Pay/Salary:
$65-67K per year, based on experience Leasing commissions, monthly Potential discretionary bonus
