Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of multifamily properties. In this role, you will ensure the properties are well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and provide an exceptional experience for tenants or occupants. Your leadership will drive efficient management practices, coordinate maintenance activities, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead facility operations with energy, enthusiasm, and a focus on excellence. Responsibilities Manage property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations to ensure smooth daily functioning. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery. Oversee facilities management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inspections, and asset histories. Coordinate with vendors for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage equipment—and industrial maintenance tasks. Monitor mechanical systems using schematics and technical diagrams; utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical experience, high voltage, low voltage, and general facilities management standards. Lead project management initiatives for property upgrades or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget parameters. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety protocols to support ongoing operational excellence. Skills Strong management skills with proven supervisory experience in facilities or industrial environments. Mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics interpretation. Proficiency in maintenance management software such as CMMS; ability to analyze data for operational improvements. Extensive electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage systems; capable of using tools like ohmmeters effectively. Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks across manufacturing or industrial settings. Leadership qualities that inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Fluency in English; strong communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
