Property Manager

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager, where you'll lead the management and maintenance of single-family homes and fee simple commercial property. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee property functions, coordinate maintenance activities, and implement effective management strategies. Duties Talk with prospective property owners about our services Support the administrative assistant in onboarding properties Communicate proactively and effectively with current clients Oversee work orders, completion of work orders and support the administrative assistant with vendor management Conduct pre-move in walk throughs and document condition, coordinate repairs and cleaning Conduct post-move out walk throughs and document condition, coordinate repairs and cleaning Draft leases and amendments Conduct property inspections and drive by visual inspections Attend networking meetings to build referral relationships Oversee tenant move-in and tenant move-out The ideal candidate will have.... Knowledge of Appfolio Previous leasing experience A real estate license or background Knowledge of Texas Property Code 92 Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally Be outgoing and willing to proactively communicate with tenants, property owners, vendors Discipline to follow systems, policies and procedures Knowledge of home system features like HVAC, plumbing, roof, simple repairs A desire to learn and grow with our company Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm excluding federal holidays which are paid time off. The office dress code is business casual and we provide a work cell phone for work related communication.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
