In this role, you will oversee property operations, coordinate resident services, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Your energetic approach will help create welcoming environments where residents feel valued and supported. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on communities while managing multifaceted property functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Manage daily operations of affordable housing properties, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts promptly using effective conflict management skills Oversee lease or rental agreement management, including renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and documentation accuracy Utilize property management tools such as, OneSite and LIHTC systems to track occupancy, rent payments, and compliance data Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety standards and enhance resident satisfaction Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, and other legal requirements Conduct regular client communication through phone etiquette, emails, and in-person interactions to promote community engagement and upselling of available units or services Lead team management efforts by supervising staff members, fostering teamwork, providing training on property management practices, and managing performance Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles within affordable housing settings Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing policies, and legal administrative procedures Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and diplomatically Experience in lease or rental agreement management, contracts negotiation, budgeting, and facilities management Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining positive resident relations Office experience including data entry, filing systems, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel), and phone etiquette skills Strong team management capabilities with a focus on motivating staff toward community goals Join us to lead vibrant communities that prioritize affordability, inclusivity, and quality living.
