As our Regional Manager, Mission Services, you'll lead a dedicated team while building partnerships that expand our impact throughout the region. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Mission Services team to achieve program goals Build relationships with employers, community organizations, and referral partners Represent Goodwill through community outreach, presentations, and networking Connect clients with resources and employment opportunities that support their success Monitor program performance, maintain accurate records, and use data to improve outcomes Hire, train, and support employees while fostering a positive, high-performing team Manage budgets, employee timekeeping, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required One-year leadership/supervisory experience preferred One-year full-time experience performing job training or case management services is preferred
QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Valid Texas Drivers License and good driving record Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and effectively relate to individuals who have disabilities or other barriers to employment What We're Looking For Experience leading and developing teams Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and use data to drive results.
