Duties Assist in managing daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination Support lease administration processes, including drafting contracts, renewals, and legal documentation related to landlord-tenant law Use Appfolio management software to input data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and facilities management activities to ensure optimal property condition Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism via phone and in person, addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively Support compliance with HUD (U.S. Department of Housing And urban developments) regulations and Section 8 housing programs Assist in conflict management between tenants or vendors by employing negotiation skills and maintaining positive relationships Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and administrative records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Participate in upselling opportunities for additional services or lease upgrades to enhance tenant satisfaction and revenue Experience Proven administrative experience within the real estate or property management sector Familiarity with HUD programs, Section 8 housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant law Experience using Appfolio, Yardi, or similar property management software for data entry and reporting Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of property leasing processes, contracts negotiation, and facilities management practices Office experience involving filing, data entry, legal administrative tasks, and general office procedures Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with CMMS systems or similar tools is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding property management services!
