Assistant Property Manager:

The philosophy is simple, treat investor's capital as our own and co-invest our capital in every transaction. The Assistant Property Manager assists the Property Manager in overseeing all operational functions. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, have a general understanding of general business practices, and demonstrate a high regard for ethical standards. This is accomplished by ensuring positive tenant relations, maintaining occupancy levels; the property is in good physical condition, and developing a marketing campaign to ensure the future success of the community. Assists manager is scheduling and coordinating the duties of on-site staff Address tenant concerns and needs in a timely manner Assists manager in performing regular property inspections Follow proper tenant intake procedures Ensure money management guidelines are followed Excellent organizational and communication skills
Requirements:
Requirements One year of property management experience preferred Proficiency with YARDI property management software preferred Certification in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Certified Apartment Manager) is a plus Proficient in MS Office Package Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements:
Frequent bending stooping and reaching in all directions Repetitive use of hands and fingers entering data using a keyboard Standing for extended periods of time Walking for extended periods of time checking units Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
