As a Property Manager, you'll play a key role in helping residents love where they live while keeping the community running smoothly. From leasing apartments and planning resident events to coordinating maintenance and marketing available units, no two days are the same. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Community & Resident Experience Create a welcoming and positive experience for current and future residents. Build strong relationships with residents and respond to questions and concerns properly. Help organize resident engagement events and community activity. Be the go-to person for creating a great living experience. Leasing & Marketing Give apartment tours and help future residents find their perfect home. Follow up with leads, process applications, and assist with move-ins. Develop creative marketing ideas to attract new residents. Help keep occupancy high and community thriving. Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts. Property Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure work orders are completed quickly. Conduct property walks and inspections to keep the community looking its best. Monitor move-ins, move-outs, and apartment readiness. Business & Administration Management Manage rent collections and resident accounts. Maintain accurate records and reports using property management software. Track leasing activity, occupancy, and community Performance. Work closely with vendors, contractors, and team members to support daily operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, sales, real estate, or property management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects at once. Positive attitude with a solutions-faced mindset. Professional, dependable, and motivated to learn and grow. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
