Property/Community Management experience Experience with Quick-books Basic/Intermediate Bookkeeping Intermediate Excel & Word Customer service in person, via phone and via email Business correspondence via email and email Must be organized and be able to switch tasks with ease without compromising quality or accuracy Bilingual Job Duties include but are not limited to : Receive and Post Homeowner payments Accurately prep bank deposits Pay bills and post vendor payments Create monthly reports Correspond with customers and HOA Board members as needed in person, via email and phone Attend HOA meetings as needed and provide a monthly managers report Take customer phone calls answer emails daily Coordinate maintenance daily schedule and work with violation specialist person Oder supplies Submit payroll hours to CPA Provide vendor bids to board members when needed.
