Job Description

Property Manager We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and highly organized individual to join our condominium management team. This position serves as the first point of contact for residents, owners, guests, vendors, and board members while also assisting with light operational and maintenance-related tasks throughout the property. Schedule Full-time position
Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Required to work one weekend day Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, owners, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Respond to emails and general office correspondence Maintain an organized and clean front office environment Coordinate and communicate with vendors, the Board of Directors, and the onsite Property Maintenance Manager Assist with scheduling and preparing materials for meetings Monitor and support daily property operations Perform light maintenance and property support tasks as needed Assist with deliveries, supplies, and moving items up to 50 lbs. Maintain accurate records, logs, and office files Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, professional, and customer-service oriented personality Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable interacting with residents, board members, contractors, and management staff Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Basic computer skills including email and office software Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Previous front desk, hospitality, property management, or administrative experience preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. They should be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support in a condominium community setting.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
