Assistant Property Manager PA LLC Port Arthur, TX Job Details Full-time | Contract $18 - $22 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Managing customer accounts Property management tools Filing High school diploma or GED Managing clients in a customer support role Client retention strategy Marketing Property management Full Job Description Maintain accurate client records and updates daily all rents deposits and application fees received from clients. File Eviction in a timely manner Issue appropriate notices when necessary (e.g. late payments, evictions notices, returned memos). Add proper charges as needed for damages and repairs that were at fault of resident. Deposits all receipts prior to bank close each day. Physically inspects community when on the grounds. Inspects move-outs and vacancies when requested. Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and client retention. Works with lease renewals each month. Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new clients and current clients. Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes idea to Site Manager for marketing community and improving client satisfaction. Updates reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc. on a daily basis and provides information to the
