Jobsite Summary:
A growing Building Automation and EMS integrator is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects from kickoff through closeout. This role works closely with Project Managers, engineers, field technicians, and customers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and financially aligned. What You'll Do Support project documentation, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track materials, subcontractors, and project milestones Assist with technician coordination and field communication Help manage billing forecasts, percent-complete tracking, and WIP reporting Support closeout documentation and warranty letters Begin learning BAS platforms (WebCTRL, Distech) for basic navigation and reporting What We're Looking For Construction experience required (BAS/controls preferred) Highly organized with strong communication skills Comfortable reading construction documents Proficient in Microsoft Office Motivated to grow into a full Project Manager role A bit about us:- Building automation and systems integrator specializing in HVAC controls, system integration, and energy management solutions for commercial and mission-critical facilities.
