Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Leasing Supervisor to lead our property leasing operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while maximizing occupancy rates. Your expertise in property management, customer service, and legal compliance will drive success in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence community growth and foster positive tenant relationships through proactive engagement and strategic leasing initiatives. Responsibilities Manage the entire leasing cycle, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease terms to secure qualified tenants. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant legal requirements to ensure compliance. Utilize AMSI / eSite, and other property management software to accurately enter data, track leasing activity, and generate reports for management review. Coordinate with legal administrative teams to prepare and review lease contracts, amendments, and related documentation while ensuring adherence to landlord-tenant law. Develop and implement effective upselling strategies to promote additional services or amenities that enhance tenant satisfaction and revenue. Handle conflict management professionally by addressing tenant concerns promptly and mediating disputes with tact and fairness. Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property upkeep, ensuring units are move-in ready and meet quality standards. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective tenants via phone or in-person to nurture relationships, answer inquiries, and convert leads into leases. Maintain organized filing systems for lease agreements, legal documents, and correspondence in compliance with data entry standards. Support facilities management efforts by reporting maintenance issues promptly and assisting with property inspections as needed. Ability to assist management team with assigned responsibilities. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on leasing activities. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant law, and contracts management. Proficiency in property management software tools (AMSI / eSite). Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities. Demonstrated success in sales or upselling within a real estate or property management setting. Office experience including data entry, filing systems, and administrative support functions. Familiarity with facilities management practices related to property maintenance coordination.
