Unarmed Security Officer - (Driver) Residential Community

Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is hiring a professional Overnight Security Officer to provide a strong, visible presence and maintain a safe, secure, and orderly community environment. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in their appearance, reliability, and attention to detail .

Pay & Schedule:

$16.00 per hour

Overnight Shift:

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Key Responsibilities Conduct regular foot patrols of the property, parking areas, and amenities Monitor and control access points , preventing unauthorized entry Perform lockups and unlocks of community amenities, including pool areas Address noise complaints, disturbances, and rule violations Maintain safety by identifying and responding to suspicious activity or threats Assist with resident lockouts and basic service calls Complete required QR code scans every two hours Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for service Immediately report critical incidents (safety issues, injuries, property damage, etc.) Communicate effectively with team members and onsite personnel Requirements Valid Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Security License Neat, professional appearance required at all times Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work independently overnight Reliable transportation and working phone Must pass a background check and drug screening Authorized to work in the U.S. What We're Looking For We are seeking officers who are alert, professional, and customer-service focused , with the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering consistent, high-quality service.
