Job Description

Must have minimum 5 years experience as an apartment community manager Must be Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Job Summary Join the team at Aria at Kirkwood, a thriving 110-unit apartment community dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming living experience for our residents. We are looking for motivated, dependable, and experienced professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in building strong resident relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior property management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. ResMan experience is preferred. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with our residents and prospects. Duties Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and daily property operations Answer phones, respond to emails, and follow up with prospects in a timely manner Process applications, rental verifications, and resident paperwork accurately Maintain resident files and update information in ResMan Conduct property tours and promote community amenities and specials Address resident concerns professionally and help resolve issues efficiently Support occupancy and leasing goals by generating traffic and closing leases Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required to effectively assist residents and prospects Skills Previous apartment industry experience required ResMan experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently Leasing, sales, and closing skills preferred Basic knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and general computer systems This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. The Leasing agent role plays a vital role in creating a welcoming community atmosphere within the apartment complex.
