Anchor Property Management specializes in turnkey single-family property management throughout the Houston Metropolitan Market. Responsibilities Oversee daily management of single-family residential properties. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors. Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and property inspections. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations. Manage lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Monitor property performance and occupancy goals. Maintain accurate records using property management software. Prepare reports and communicate property updates to ownership. Deliver exceptional customer service and conflict resolution when needed.
