Organizational Change Manager/Director Early Childhood Daycare and Learning Center Location:
Sugar Land, Texas Job Type:
Full-Time (salaried position)
About Us:
Our Center is committed to providing high quality care and learning while fostering a supportive, inclusive environment. Our students range from 8 weeks to 12 years old. The Center is open from 6:00am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday. Currently we need to increase the number of families at the Center and retain them. We are committed to improving operational efficiency, to ensure profitability. Our goal is to have a full daycare with a waiting list and an exceptional staff. We need someone to take us from barely surviving to thriving.
Job Summary:
Seeking a proactive Change Manager to drive our Centers transformation so that the business profitable. We need new families, smart operational processes and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management and plans that align with our goals of creating a safe, caring, learning environment. Making parent communication and outreach a priority daily including the daycare operating system, social media and community outreach. Focus on ensuring that parents are invoiced, making payments and bringing in money to create a profitable business.
Operational Optimizations :
Analyze current workflow to identify areas of improvement and create places that enhance efficiency.
Staff Training and Support:
Create communication to guide staff through new procedures ensuring high levels of adoption, and reduce resistance. Establishes an environment where expectations and consequences are clear and adhered to so the best staff is hired and retained.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with leadership, teachers and parents for smooth transitions and program quality.
Compliance Monitoring:
Make sure that all changes adhere to state, local and Texas Rising Star licensing requirements.
Culture Building:
Foster a positive, collaborative and forward-thinking environment during times of transitions and change.
Qualifications:
Management experience in a highly regulated service environment. Proven track record of leading teams through organizational changes, process improvement and digital transformation. Capable of obtaining and supervising staff effectively. (hiring, evaluating and firing) Exceptional communication, interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to increase student population and support families at the Center. Experience in small business success, business management or Childcare. Able to prioritize of financials, budgets, payments and collections on a daily basis to ensure profitability. Action oriented, people focused and a solution-oriented person. Why Join our
