Join a fast-growing National Real Estate Investment Company specializing in manufactured housing communities nationwide. We are seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Community Manager to oversee two communities in Tyler, TX — leading operations, financial performance, staff, and resident experience across both locations. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, multi-site responsibility, and making a visible impact in the growth and success of communities. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations across two Tyler communities Drive occupancy, sales, and collections to meet goals Deliver a positive resident experience and build community relationships Maintain budgets and meet monthly performance targets Enforce policies and ensure clean, safe, compliant communities Oversee maintenance and ensure work orders are completed on time Walk homes to verify readiness, quality, and cost-effective repairs Use creative marketing to close sales and fill vacancies Keep collections below 3% through daily follow-up What You Bring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required 3-5 years of Property Management experience (multi-site a plus) Strong background in customer service, retail, or hospitality Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Flexibility for occasional weekend work Why This Role ✔ Competitive pay: $60K-$65K DOE ✔ Leadership over two active communities ✔ Mission-driven work in affordable housing ✔ Growth potential with a national operator ✔ Rewarding, people-focused work with autonomy Join us as a Community Manager if you're ready to energize communities through dedicated service and innovative management!
