This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise in property management, customer service, and legal administrative procedures to create positive experiences for prospective tenants and clients. You will manage leasing processes, foster strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while driving occupancy rates and revenue. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will be key in delivering exceptional service and achieving organizational goals. Duties Manage the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience Conduct property tours, highlight features, upsell available units or services, and address client questions confidently Maintain accurate data entry in property management systems such as Yardi or OneSite, including tenant information and lease documentation Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements, and other relevant legal standards Negotiate lease terms, prepare contracts, and coordinate with legal teams on lease agreements and amendments Handle tenant relations by resolving conflicts professionally, managing lease renewals, and addressing maintenance or service requests efficiently Assist with property marketing efforts through outreach initiatives, customer relationship management (CRM), and community engagement strategies Support administrative functions such as filing documents, processing applications, conducting background checks, and maintaining organized records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar platforms Requirements Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing policies, Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant law, and relevant legal procedures Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite; familiarity with CMMS is a plus Strong negotiation skills paired with effective conflict management abilities to foster positive tenant relationships Excellent office experience including data entry, filing systems, phone etiquette, and document preparation Demonstrated ability to upsell services or units while maintaining ethical standards and compliance standards Effective communication skills combined with a professional demeanor suited for customer interaction and team collaboration Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to make a meaningful impact in the community by connecting people with their ideal homes!
