Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

In this vital role, you will support the daily operations of property management, ensuring smooth communication between tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal teams. Your expertise in property management tools, legal administrative processes, and customer service will help foster positive relationships and uphold the highest standards of property care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in real estate management. Duties Assist with lease or rental agreement management, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite to update records, process payments, and generate reports Support property maintenance coordination by scheduling repairs and liaising with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues Manage client communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and records related to tenant files, contracts, and legal documentation including LIHTC and Section 8 programs Assist with budgeting tasks by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports for property oversight Support compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Landlord-tenant law to ensure fair treatment of all tenants Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, preferably within a property management company setting Familiarity with property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Fair Housing regulations Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, and document management in an office environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management and negotiation effectively Experience managing lease or rental agreements, contracts, and client communication strategies Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently Join us in delivering exceptional property management services that make a difference!
